Report/Public Records Request Form
Please fill out the form below to request a copy of a crime report or other public document generated by the Sheriff’s Office. Your request will be directed to the appropriate staff for a response. A response to your request should be provided within 10 days. A fee may be required prior to the release of information. For fee information contact Sheriff Records by phone at (707)565-2204 or by e-mail at Sheriff-CIB@sonoma-county.org. Payment must be received prior to a document being released.
